Privacy policy
What information we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have.
Last updated: October 23, 2026
This policy explains how Immigravo ("we", "us") handles personal information when you visit this website, use our tools or book a consultation. If you have questions, email immigravo@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- Booking details. When you book a consultation we receive the name, email address, chosen time and any notes you enter in the booking form.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep the email and any information you include in it.
- Eligibility check answers. Your answers stay in your own browser for the current session only. They are not sent to us or stored on our servers.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.
Please do not send sensitive documents, such as passport scans or case files, by email unless an attorney asks for them.
How we use it
- To schedule your consultation and match you with an attorney (and an interpreter, if requested).
- To reply to your questions and send appointment reminders.
- To keep the website secure, fix problems and understand how it is used.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Attorneys in our network. The independent attorney conducting your consultation receives your booking details.
- Service providers. We use Calendly to handle bookings, Google (Gmail) for email, Vercel to host this website and Google Fonts to display text. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The booking calendar is provided by Calendly, which may set cookies needed to run the scheduler. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records and correspondence for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or accounting requirements, then delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing immigravo@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Union), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Parents or guardians may book consultations on behalf of minors.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
